Aon wanted to improve their marketing collateral, financial proposals and annual reports and approached Alignian to produce artwork, manage outputs and control publishing quality across file formats.

Creating Aon’s brochures, annual reports and financial documents required a wide range of skill sets including graphic design, colour correction, copywriting and print management to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice for stakeholders to navigate through the documents simply and engage with the content.

Aon needed a partner to rely on for the implementation of a strategic vision to develop print-ready artwork for their centre of excellence department; encompassing financial documents, ranging from annual reports and tender proposals to factsheets, funds reports and monthly magazines, with a fast turnaround.

Aon wanted the artwork of all their print and digital materials to reflect the level of quality and image of their well-established brand acumen while adhering to existing brand guidelines.

Aon established a long-term relationship with Alignian to address their specific production requirements, considering the high level of security compliance, operational complexity and in-depth content.

Our linguists worked closely with DTP experts to translate, proofread, and deliver all documents, whilst ensuring linguistic accuracy and a narrative that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.

Alignian developed a marketing collateral, adhering to guidelines across all documents, with consistent use of fonts, colours and standardised layouts. This helped in creating a visual identity that is unique to Aon.

Through the organisation wide adoption of impactful marketing and proposal collaterals, Aon has realised significant changes and improvements with the digital and print executions, while maintaining their identity and brand image.

Our creative publishing work supported Aon to win new contracts and tenders with blue-chip clients and expand to new regions.
